3-5tablespoonsplant-based milk
1cupfrozen mixed berries
2frozen bananas
1scoop plant-based vanilla protein powder
1teaspoonvanilla extract
2-3sprigs fresh lavender flowersoptional
Topping Ideas:

splash of plant milk
Instructions
Combine 2 to 3 tablespoons of milk with the other ingredients for the smoothie bowl in a blender or food processor and pulse until combined and smooth but thick. Add more milk if needed. Scrape into a bowl and top as desired.
