Take your favorite chocolate treat to the next level with some chocolate hazelnut goodness and lots of chocolate chips!
In a small saucepan set over low heat, slowly melt the butter with sugar and cocoa powder while whisking. Once melted, remove from heat and scrape into a medium bowl then stir in baking powder, espresso powder, salt, and vanilla until combined. Add the coconut cream, vinegar, and chocolate hazelnut butter and stir just until mixed, then the flour and stir in until smooth.
If you have trouble finding coconut cream at your local grocery store it's completely fine to use full-fat coconut milk and scrape the cream off of the top. Just be sure that it's cold enough to separate.
