3/4 - 1cupunsweetened almond milkdepending on how thick you want it
1/4cupcoconut yogurt or coconut milk
1tablespoonchia seeds
1/3cupoatssee note*
1/8teaspoonpure vanilla extract
dash of sea saltoptional
dash of cinnamonoptional
1 - 2tablespoonsmaple syrup or agavestevia can be used instead
1/4cuppomegranate seedsarils
1/4 - 1/2cupfresh or frozen raspberries
Recipe Notes
For the oats you can add more if you'd like a really thick oatmeal. This recipe is going to be pretty soft so add more oats and less milk to your taste.
