Ingredients
1cupRainier cherriesor preferred type, pitted
1cupabout 4 ripe plums, pitted
1/4cupraw almonds
1/4cupchia seeds
1/4teaspoonalmond extract
1teaspoonvanilla extract
2cupsalmond milk
3 - 4tablespoonsmaple syrup or honeyor to taste
Toppings:
1/4cupRainier cherriesor preferred type, pitted
1/4cupabout 1 ripe plums, pitted
1/4cupraw almonds
2tablespoonschia seeds
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients for the smoothie in a blender and blend until smooth. For a thicker smoothie allow it to sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the chia seeds to thicken.
Pour the smoothie into two bowls and top with the almonds, fruit, and chia seeds and grab a spoon!
