Change up your basic hummus recipe with the flavor depth of roasted peppers. This recipe tastes like a taco!

Ingredients
215 oz cans garbanzos, drained and rinsed
3tablespoonlemon or lime
2tablespoonstahini
3clovesgarlic
3pablano peppers
1/2teaspoonsalt
1teaspooncumin
1teaspoonchili powder
2-4tablespoonswater
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking tray with foil. Bake the red peppers for 35-45 minutes or until they start to look wrinkled and browned. Remove and cool.
Once the peppers are cooled, peel then and remove seeds and stems.
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth, pausing a few times between blending to scrape sides. Serve with chips, veggies, pretzels.....you get the idea ;P
