I’m trying to keep in mind that each day of this continued isolation brings us one day closer to it being over. It helps a little, but gyms are still closed along with everything else. On the bright side I’ve been hiking and making time for lots of things I wouldn’t usually do. Also, I think I might be spending even more time in the kitchen than usual if that’s even possible. Have you noticed that I seem to rotate back and forth between savory and sweet moods. I realized this week that it had unintentionally become the norm for me to lean towards sweets more often than not.
