3rd Blogiversery and a Doughnut “Cake”
Hey everyone, guess what? Yeah, it’s already blogiveresery time for this little blog again! I know, crazy right??? Well, it is for me. I can’t believe how fast the time has flown by since the last time that I did a blogiversery post one year ago. Well, you know me, I can’t celebrate any occasion like this without making something a little over the top so this year I made a doughnut “cake”. The Best Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks (Vegan)
They’re melty, they’re crispy, they’re hot, and oh man are they CHEESY! Yes, I made some all-time classic snacks to share today, mozzarella sticks, baby! Mozzarella sticks are such a major crowd pleaser, it’s ridicuolous. Really, I can never believe how quickly they get devoured by my family, particularly the dudes, but actually everyone loves them. They’re essentially just a different form of pizza, right? Game-changers, that’s what these are. <-True stuff. So I saw this awesome post on Food52Â about childhood favorite snacks the other day and it was such a blast from the past. You know what though, I realized that one…

Mozzarella Stuffed Pesto Pizza Monkey Bread (Vegan)
I’m not really sure why they call this type of bread a monkey bread. I suggested that maybe it’s because when everyone is picking at the delicious pieces it resembles the way primates groom each other and eat their findings. I was dumb enough to mention this while my brothers were around so, of course, they gave me their opinions and since my idea was already borderline gross they had to outdo it. One of them said that it’s because it looks like a giant monkey brain like on Indiana Jones and I won’t mention what the other one said. Thank you boys, that’s just the mental picture that will make everyone want…
